Desert Collision is an original abstract artwork inspired by the color, movement, and visual energy of the Southwest.
 
Bold orange, turquoise, red, black, and white forms intersect across the composition, creating a sense of movement and controlled chaos. Angular lines collide with rounded geometric shapes, giving the piece an energetic contemporary character while the warm desert palette connects it to the landscape and artistic spirit of New Mexico.
 
I created Desert Collision as an exploration of contrast—hard edges against curves, warm colors against cool turquoise, and structured geometry against spontaneous movement. The result is a piece that seems to change depending on where your eye enters the composition.
